I was skeptical about yet another supplement for my hair, but after six weeks I’ve noticed less shedding in the shower. The way it pairs hair support with a calming effect is a real bonus—I take it at night and it genuinely helps me unwind before bed.

Two months in and my scalp feels noticeably less tender when I brush, plus I'm sleeping better thanks to the stress-relief angle. The capsules are easy to swallow, which matters to me since I gag on most vitamins.

I've been taking these for about three weeks now, and I'm genuinely surprised at how much calmer I feel by the end of the day—the relaxation support is real. My hair is also shedding noticeably less in the shower, which is the first change I've seen in years.
